Instead of following the typical developer’s approach of designing a typical building and stamping it in any site configuration, we proposed one mega-structure, that not only lessens the number of structural requirements of a development of this size, but maximizes the odd shaped site profile. By pushing the mega-structure to the boundaries of the triangular site, a mega-plaza is created, allowing an abundance of social spaces to be inserted in the heart of the development.
The facade is punctured with sky plazas at regular intervals to not only allow views in and out, but to also allow light and air to circulate efficiently all through out the development.
