A major renovation of an existing house, a continuous angled architectural frame was used to synthesize the difference in surface levels of the façade and eaves. Instead of an overused stone accent against white walls which is ubiquitously used in most high end subdivisions, teak wood planks were chosen to break the monotony of the otherwise plain surfaces. The internal layout of the house was also drastically altered to achieve a much more straightforward, functional, and efficient layout.
