Cassia Prime is a boutique real estate development company, whose identity originates from the deciduous tree whose flowers come in brilliant shades of pink, orange, red, white, and yellow. One of its goals is to consistently develop sustainably, showcasing and respecting nature in each project. This vision was expressed in the headquarters’ facade, functioning as privacy barriers (in the context of its dense neighbourhood), modular planters, and a sunscreen to prevent heat gain.
